研究領(lǐng)域:以新材料與膜科學(xué)技術(shù)為主線,貫徹低碳理念,交叉環(huán)境、材料、生物、化學(xué)、化工、機(jī)械等學(xué)科,圍繞水環(huán)境污染防治、污水資源化利用、工業(yè)節(jié)能減排等主題展開。
膜曝氣生物膜反應(yīng)器(MABR):過程與機(jī)理研究、生物膜培養(yǎng)馴化與表征、應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究、裝備系統(tǒng)研發(fā)、應(yīng)用開發(fā)。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:城市污水處理與資源化利用、工業(yè)廢水處理(包括特種廢水處理)、河湖水體凈化(包括黑臭水體和劣V類水體治理)、水環(huán)境修復(fù)等。
膜蒸餾(MD)脫鹽:傳質(zhì)理論模型、組件結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、強(qiáng)化過程控制、多級(jí)/多效工藝開發(fā)與優(yōu)化、設(shè)備研發(fā)、應(yīng)用研究。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:海水資源化利用、高難工業(yè)廢水處理與資源化、工業(yè)過程的濃縮、分離與結(jié)晶等。
高性能分離膜與膜材料:新型膜材料合成、制膜理論與基礎(chǔ)研究、界面材料結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì)研究、新型制膜工藝與方法、膜器研究與設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用測(cè)試。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:氣體分離、水處理等。
導(dǎo)熱功能高分子材料:導(dǎo)熱高分子材料合成、傳熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建、傳熱機(jī)理研究、傳熱單元設(shè)備研制、新型換熱設(shè)備研發(fā)、傳熱過程及模擬優(yōu)化、工藝放大與工業(yè)測(cè)試。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:常規(guī)熱交換、腐蝕性介質(zhì)換熱、低位熱能利用等具有熱交換需求的領(lǐng)域。
